You can pay your rent online using ACH, debit, or credit, or you can pay by check.
Yes, renter's insurance is required. You can either purchase your own insurance or opt to pay $10.95 per month for coverage through us.
Currently, all utilities are the resident's responsibility, so they’re not included in your rent.
To set up your utilities, contact the power company for electricity. We will bill you separately for water, sewer, and trash
You can use Comcast/Xfinity for both internet and cable services.

Our property offers a variety of amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, spa, sauna, basketball court, dog park, and BBQ area.
Yes, each household is provided with one carport space.
Every unit is equipped with its own in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience.
Pet Policy
Yes, we are pet-friendly with no extra deposit required for pets. We also have an enclosed dog park on-site for your convenience.
Location
Murrayhill Park is uniquely located off SW Murray Blvd and Route 217, offering easy access to Beaverton's top employers and attractions. It’s just 11 miles from Downtown Portland and within walking distance to several local spots, including Murrayhill Lake, Murrayhill Marketplace, and Murray Scholls Town Center.
We are located in the Beaverton Pubic School District.

Maintenance
Yes, we offer 24/7 on-site maintenance. Work orders are sent directly to our technician for prompt attention.
For maintenance issues, please call the office at 503.832.6818. If it's an emergency, Yardi will notify us, and we will contact you on our cell phone.
You don’t need to be present. Work orders include an option to give permission for entry, so you can go about your day while we take care of the work.
